CDL Physicals (DOT)

   You can get your DOT card now! Within a few minutes of arrival your DOT physical will be done. We request that the necessary paperwork be completed at the time of the visit. Please make sure that you have proper identification i.e. drivers license. If you have any medical history i.e. hypertension, or diabetes, please bring a list of your medications.
