Annual Physicals

   It is very important to be aware of your health. We encourage everyone to get their routine physicals every year. Evaluations during annual physicals are determined by ones age. They normally include the following procedures:

• Vitals ... include the following
• Pulse
• Temperature
• Blood Pressure
• Respiration
• Height
• Weight
• EKG (depending on age and condition)
• Chest X-Ray (determined by physician if necessary)
• Urine dip
• Pap Smear
• Counceling
• Blood work including:
• CMP
• CBC
• CRP
• TSH
